Delivery conditions

Once the order has been placed, it is managed so that the customer has it in the shortest time possible. The delivery time by the client will depend on the availability of items, the work density in the company and the place where it must be delivered. For the deadlines, holidays or weekends will not be taken into account.

Returns

Pirotecnia FML will accept all returns made within the stated period (7 days from receipt of the item) and as long as the product is in good condition. In this case, shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. These same conditions will apply to customers who, for personal reasons, do not wish to collect their order after it has been placed and delivered to the transport agency. In the event that the customer receives a product in poor condition, they may return it and Pirotecnia FML will refund the full amount (product and shipping), limiting, in any case, the liability of Pirotecnia FML to said replacement. Once the product is received in our warehouses, Pirotecnia FML will proceed to check its condition before refunding the amount.
